Dr. Elsie Creason DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Elsie Creason, DNP, PMHNP-BC brings over 12 years of experience providing compassionate, integrated primary care and mental health services. A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she offers patient-centered care for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and more—alongside comprehensive primary care, including preventive exams, chronic disease management, labs, EKGs, and wellness services.
